AI Trustmark is useful only when buyers can distinguish verified evidence from supplier claims and commercial influence. Payment funds the work; it does not purchase the outcome.
Our commitments
- ✓Suppliers cannot buy a better score or certification decision.
- ✓Advertising and commercial relationships do not alter assessment results or rankings.
- ✓Evidence requirements and the public methodology are published.
- ✓Material manual decisions are recorded in an audit trail.
- ✓Certificates can be suspended or revoked when their basis no longer holds.
- ✓Review verification is separate from supplier payment.
- ✓A negative review is not removed simply because a supplier pays AI Trustmark.
- ✓Supplier-provided claims are clearly separated from independently verified information.
Precise claims, visible scope
Every certificate identifies the supplier, product, assessment depth, risk classification, scope, standard version, assessment date and expiry. Framework mapping does not imply approval or accreditation by the framework publisher.
