Terms

By using AI TrustMark you agree not to submit false reviews, fabricate evidence, or attempt to manipulate rankings. Providers may respond once per review but cannot edit customer text.

TrustMark certificates remain valid only while the live verification record shows VALID. Copied badges that point to revoked or expired certificates must not be presented as current.

Directory rankings use Bayesian verified customer-review stars only. Ranking-service payment enables customer collection, verification and eligibility; it cannot influence stars or position. Product-assessment payment is separate and cannot improve Assurance Score.
