Generative AI features include case-wide Q&A with citations, single-document Q&A, document summaries and deposition summaries, and it pairs with DISCO Auto Review for AI first-pass document review and AI-prioritised review queues. Early case assessment and review share one database, with database templates and granular roles and permissions. DISCO states files are encrypted in transit and at rest, the platform holds ISO 27001 and an annual SOC 2 Type 2 audit, and customer files are never used for LLM training.
